4. Hand over
We’ll complete the final checks, make the agreed refinements and return something that is ready to send, use, publish or put into action.

Does my project need to be exactly 80% complete?
No. The name describes that frustrating final stretch where the main thinking has been done, but the project is still not ready to use.
We will review what you have and let you know whether it is ready for Catalyst 20% or whether another approach would be more suitable.
Do I need to complete a Catalyst Session first?
Not always.
If the project and required outcome are already clear, we may be able to scope the work from an initial conversation and review of what you have.
If there are still several decisions to make or it is unclear why the project has become stuck, a Catalyst Session may be the best place to begin.
Will you write all the content for me?
Catalyst 20% is primarily an implementation service, so you will usually provide the core content.
We can make small edits for clarity, consistency and layout as part of the final polish. If substantial writing or content development is needed, we will identify that when scoping the project and recommend the most suitable option.
How long will it take?
The timescale will depend on the size of the project, the platform and how complete the existing materials are.
You will receive an agreed delivery schedule before work begins. The schedule will also show when we need content, access or feedback from you.
What if you discover more work once you begin?
We will review the project carefully before agreeing the scope.
If we uncover something unexpected that falls outside that scope, we will explain what we have found and agree how you would like to proceed before completing any additional work.
How many revisions are included?
The agreed number of revision rounds will be included in your project scope.
Revisions cover refinements to the completed implementation. A significant change in direction, new content or additional pages may need to be quoted separately.
What platforms do you work with?
We will confirm that we can work with your website, design tool or platform before the project is accepted.
If the platform requires specialist development outside our scope, we will let you know before work begins.
What happens after the project is finished?
We will complete the final checks, provide any relevant handover information and confirm that the agreed work is ready to publish or use.
If you need ongoing help afterwards, we can discuss that separately. There is no obligation to continue.

I’m Claire, and I help people get clear, get moving and get things finished.
I combine ADHD-aware support with practical business systems and implementation, which means I understand both why work gets stuck and what it takes to get it moving again.
Over the years, I’ve worked across operations, marketing, websites, systems and client delivery. I can step into something that is already underway, make sense of what is there and take responsibility for getting the agreed final stage over the line.
