CATALYST SESSION • 1:1 SESSION

Untangle what's really going on.

Understand what’s getting in the way and find a realistic way forward.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what to do. It’s understanding why something that should feel straightforward somehow doesn’t.

Whether you’re overwhelmed, circling the same decision or carrying around a dozen unfinished things, we’ll spend up to 75 minutes making sense of what’s happening.

£147 • Up to 75 minutes • Online

Together we'll untangle what's getting in your way, understand what's creating the most friction, and work out what feels like the right next step for you.

01/ RECOGNITION

If this sounds familiar...

You have been carrying it around for long enough that it is becoming difficult to separate the actual problem from all the thoughts, pressure and frustration that have gathered around it.

By the end, you’ll have:

>  Clarity on what’s really going on.

>  A practical plan.

>  Clear priorities.

>  The confidence to move forward.

01 You know something needs to change, but you cannot quite identify what is making everything feel so difficult.
02 You keep returning to the same questions and decisions without feeling any clearer about the answer.
03 Everything feels connected to everything else, which makes it difficult to choose where to begin.
04 You have tried making lists, plans or starting again, but none of them have addressed what is really keeping you stuck.

ADHD-aware clarity session that works with how you think.

The Session makes space for your attention, energy, executive function and capacity, alongside the practical realities of whatever you are carrying.

Together, we’ll understand where the friction is coming from and find a next step that fits how you actually work.

WHY IT FEELS SO STUCK

Finding a way forward can be tough.

You have been thinking about it for so long that everything now feels connected to everything else.

One decision leads to three more questions. Every possible next step comes with another consideration, responsibility or consequence.

You keep going over it, hoping something will click, but the more you think about it, the harder it becomes to tell what genuinely needs your attention and what is simply adding to the noise.

That is where we come in.

Together, we’ll untangle what is going on, identify the friction and separate what matters now from everything else competing for your attention.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what is keeping you stuck and a realistic next step you can actually take.

02/ THE PROCESS

Every conversation is different.

Some people arrive with one specific challenge. Others have a head full of ideas, decisions and unfinished things that all seem connected. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll usually move through three stages.

1. Untangle

We’ll make sense of everything competing for your attention or holding you back right now.

2. Understand

Using the Catalyst Lens, we’ll explore the patterns behind what’s happening, not just the symptoms.

3. Move

We’ll work out the next best step and build a practical way forward that fits you and the way you think.

03/ DON’T GET STUCK SPIRALLING

What might you be carrying?

When everything is competing for your attention at once, it can be difficult to see what is actually getting in the way, let alone decide what to do about it.

Mental clutter

Tasks, responsibilities and reminders all competing for space in your head, making everything feel harder to hold onto.

Ideas and decisions

Possibilities you keep circling, choices you have not made and thoughts that have not yet found somewhere useful to land.

Unfinished work

Projects and tasks that are still open, still taking up headspace and still waiting for you to return to them.

Expectations and pressure

What other people need from you, what you expect from yourself and the feeling that you should be managing all of it better.

Open loops and unanswered questions

Conversations, decisions, follow-ups and loose ends that keep resurfacing because they have not yet been resolved.

04 / A GOOD FIT?

Ready to untangle it?

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem or a neatly organised list of everything that is going on.

Bring the thing that feels stuck, tangled or far harder than it should. We’ll work through it together and find a clearer way forward.

The Catalyst Session could be a good fit if:

  • Something feels stuck, but you cannot quite see what is causing it
  • You keep circling the same decision, problem or situation
  • You need space away from the day-to-day noise to think clearly
  • You want to understand what is creating the friction before deciding what to do next

05/ DETAILS

Your questions, answered.

Do I need to have been diagnosed with ADHD?

No.

Many of the people I work with have ADHD or suspect they might, but plenty don’t.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly unfinished or finding that work and life feel harder than they need to, this session is for you.

What if I don't know what I want to talk about?

That’s absolutely fine.

Some people arrive with one specific challenge.

Others simply know something isn’t working but can’t quite put their finger on why.

We’ll work it through together.

What happens during the session?

Every session is different because every person is different.

We’ll spend time untangling what’s happening, understanding what’s getting in your way and deciding what feels like the right next step.

Sometimes that’s one big decision.

Sometimes it’s creating a practical plan.

Sometimes it’s simply making sense of everything that’s been competing for your attention.

Is this coaching?

It’s coaching, but probably not in the way you might expect.

There aren’t worksheets or generic productivity advice.

The session is a thinking space where we’ll explore what’s happening, challenge assumptions where needed and build practical ways forward that fit the way you think.

What happens afterwards?

Many people leave with everything they need.

If it feels like more ongoing support would be helpful, we can talk about that at the end of the session.

There’s absolutely no obligation.

Should I do the Friction Audit first?

If you’re not sure where to start, yes.

The Friction Audit helps uncover the patterns creating unnecessary friction and often gives us a really useful starting point for our conversation.

If you’re ready to talk things through now, you don’t need to complete it first.

How do sessions take place?

Online via Zoom.

You’ll receive all the joining details when you book.

Will we solve everything in one session?

Probably not.

The aim isn’t to solve every challenge you’re facing in 75 minutes.

It’s to understand what’s really going on, identify what matters most and leave with a clear direction that feels manageable.

A little about me

I’m Claire, a certified ADHD coach and consultant, and I help people untangle what’s really going on when work and life start to feel more difficult than they need to.

I combine ADHD-aware support with practical systems and implementation, helping people move from overwhelm and uncertainty to clarity and action.

Over the years, I’ve realised that most people don’t need more information. They need someone to help them make sense of what’s already in front of them. That’s what these sessions are for.

Every Catalyst Session is different because every person is different.

Not sure if you need a Catalyst Session?
