CATALYST SPRINT • 4-WEEK ACCOUNTABILITY

Make progress.

Four weeks of ADHD-aware structure and accountability to help you move one specific project forward.

You know what you want to do. We’ll turn it into a realistic plan, work through decisions and sticking points, and keep it visible when client work and changing priorities compete for your attention.

01/ RECOGNITION

If this sounds familiar...

You start with good intentions but quickly lose momentum.

By the end, you’ll have:

> Made visible progress on one important thing.

> Worked through decisions and sticking points.

> Built a more realistic way of approaching the work.

> A clear understanding of what happens next.

01 Important work keeps being pushed behind client work.
02 You struggle to return to something once your attention has moved.
03 You get stuck questioning what to do next.
04 You make better progress when somebody else is expecting you to come back to it.

WHY MOMENTUM GETS LOST

Starting is one thing. Keeping it moving is another.

You know what needs to happen. You just cannot seem to keep it moving for long enough to make meaningful progress.

You start with good intentions, but then client work gets busy, something more urgent appears or your attention moves elsewhere. The project slips down the list and, before you know it, another week has passed.

Returning to it is rarely as simple as picking up where you left off. You need to remember what you had decided, work out what comes next and rebuild enough momentum to begin again. That repeated stop-start cycle makes the whole thing feel harder than it needs to.

That is where the Sprint comes in.

We’ll turn the project into a realistic plan, keep the work visible and create regular points of accountability so you can keep returning to it, work through sticking points and make visible progress over the four weeks.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

Every Sprint will look slightly different.

The project, the friction and the amount you can realistically do will be different for everyone. But we’ll usually move through four stages.

1. Focus

Choose one meaningful outcome and define what progress would look like over the next four weeks.

2. Plan

Turn it into manageable actions that fit your time, energy and capacity.

3. Move

Use regular accountability to keep returning to the work, make decisions and work through anything creating friction.

4. Review

Look at what moved, what helped and what needs to happen next.

ADHD-aware accountability that helps you return to the work.

The Sprint gives you structure and regular points of accountability without expecting every week to look exactly the same.

We’ll keep the outcome visible, work through decisions and adjust the plan around your capacity, attention and competing priorities when needed.

If momentum wobbles, we’ll work out what has changed and find a realistic way back into the project, without making you feel as though you have failed or need to start again.

03 / CHOOSE YOUR FOCUS

What could you move forward?

The Sprint works best when we choose one meaningful project or outcome and give it enough attention to make visible progress over the four weeks.

A service you want to launch

An offer that needs shaping, decisions that need making and a clear route from idea to something you can put in front of people.

A website or sales page you need to finish

A page that has stalled because the content, structure or final decisions keep being pushed aside by everything else.

A process you want to put in place

A way of working that needs turning into clear steps, documenting properly and introducing into the business.

A campaign you keep postponing

A marketing campaign that needs breaking into manageable actions so you can stop planning it and start getting it out there.

A project that has lost momentum

Something important that started well but has drifted, stalled or become difficult to pick back up without support.

04 / A GOOD FIT?

Ready to get it moving?

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly organised project plan. The Catalyst Session gives us space to clarify the outcome, understand what has been getting in the way and decide whether a four-week Sprint is the right next step.

The Sprint could be a good fit if:

  • You know what you want to move forward but keep losing momentum
  • Important work keeps being pushed behind client work and other priorities
  • Decisions and sticking points are slowing down your progress
  • You make better progress when somebody is expecting you to return to the work

05/ DETAILS

Your questions, answered.

Do I need to complete a Catalyst Session first?

Yes.

The Catalyst Session gives us the space to understand what you want to move forward, identify what has been getting in the way and decide whether a four-week Sprint is the right next step.

If you have already completed a Catalyst Session recently, get in touch and we can decide whether you are ready to move straight into a Sprint.

What sort of project can I bring to a Catalyst Sprint?

The Sprint works best when you have one specific thing you want to move forward.

That might be launching a service, writing a sales page, putting a new process in place, delivering a campaign, progressing a website or restarting a project that has stalled.

The project does not need to be perfectly defined before we begin. We will use the Catalyst Session to choose a realistic focus and decide what meaningful progress could look like over the four weeks.

Will I finish the whole project during the Sprint?

That depends on the size and stage of the project.

For some people, the four weeks will be enough to complete the work. For others, success might mean finishing an important stage, making the decisions that have been holding things up or creating enough momentum to continue independently.

We will agree a realistic outcome at the beginning so you know what you are working towards.

What happens during the four weeks?

We will begin with a clear plan for the Sprint, broken down into manageable actions.

You will then have regular Monday Focus and Thursday Momentum check-ins to help you decide what matters most, work through anything that has become stuck and keep the project visible.

At the end of the four weeks, we will review what moved, what helped and what needs to happen next.

How much time will I need to set aside?

This will depend on the project and the outcome we agree together.

You will need enough space during the four weeks to take action, but the Sprint is designed around your real capacity. We will look at the time and energy you genuinely have available and build the plan around that.

There is little value in creating a beautiful plan that requires a completely empty diary and a suspiciously motivated version of you to make it work.

What if my capacity or priorities change during the Sprint?

That is part of why the accountability is there.

If client work takes over, your energy changes or something unexpected happens, we will look at what is still realistic and adjust the plan.

The aim is to help you stay connected to the work, even if the pace or route needs to change.

Will you complete any of the work for me?

The Catalyst Sprint is focused on clarity, structure and accountability. I will help you plan the work, make decisions and move through sticking points, while you remain responsible for completing the actions.

If the project is already most of the way there and you want to hand over the final implementation, Catalyst 20% may be a better fit.

Is this ADHD coaching?

The Sprint is ADHD-aware, but it is not an ADHD coaching programme.

We will take account of attention, executive function, energy and the way you work best. The focus remains on helping you move one specific project forward over four weeks.

If you want to explore broader ADHD patterns across your work or life, ADHD-aware coaching may be more suitable.

Do I need to have ADHD?

No.

Many of the people I work with have ADHD, suspect they might or recognise some of the same challenges around attention, overwhelm and follow-through. Others simply know that they make better progress with clarity, structure and another person helping them stay connected to the work.

You do not need a diagnosis to take part.

What if we uncover a bigger issue during the Sprint?

Sometimes a project becomes stuck because of something wider, such as unclear priorities, limited capacity, a difficult decision or a business system that is no longer working.

We will address what is relevant to the Sprint and adjust the plan where needed. If the issue would benefit from longer-term support, we can talk through the available options at the end. There is no obligation to continue.

What happens at the end of the Sprint?

We will review what you have moved forward, what helped and what still needs attention.

You may leave with everything you need to continue independently. You might decide that another type of support would be useful, particularly if the project needs hands-on implementation or the Sprint has uncovered wider patterns you want to work on.

Either way, you will finish with a clear understanding of what happens next.

A little about me

I’m Claire, a certified ADHD coach and consultant, and I help people get clear, get moving and get things finished.

I combine an understanding of ADHD, executive function and overwhelm with practical business experience, structure and accountability.

I know that knowing what to do is not always enough. Sometimes you need someone to help you keep the work visible, work through the decisions and make sure it does not quietly disappear behind everything else.

That is what the Catalyst Sprint is designed to do.

READY?
